^{Carol was born and raised in the farming communities of Northern Alberta near the Town of Valleyview. She married, was blessed with 2 daughters and pursued one of her many skills as an Interior Decorator. In 1986 she moved to Didsbury and opened her own shop. After 10 years of success and satisfaction with pleasing the public she moved to Airdrie and then to Calgary becoming a licensed member of the Calgary Real Estate Board in 1991. Known to many past clients and members of the Board as Carol McCreary, she has been licensed with CIR Realtors since1994. She has achieved much recognition and many company awards over the years ranging from Silver to Executive Platinum Service Awards while consistently producing within the Top 5% of Company Sales . After many years of being a single Mom, she re-married in 1998 to Laurie Lavine.}

^{Laurie came to Calgary in 1990 from Winnipeg, Manitoba. After university, he worked at a government office for 5 years and then embarked on sales career in 1982. He started as a sales rep in an automobile dealership and over a span of 14 years progressed to be a General Sales Manager. He honed his skills in organization, negotiation and marketing in this highly competitive industry before deciding to take on a new challenge of real estate in 1996. He became a sales rep for a local builder marketing new homes from a show home for the next 5 years and consistently placed amongst the Top 3 in the City of Airdrie . He has been a licensed member of the Calgary Real Estate Board since 1997 and in 2001 joined CIR Realtors and partnered in business with Carol.}

^{Their business has flourished and continued to grow due largely in part to their caring. friendly attitude and their persevering work ethic. Carol and Laurie listen to their clients. They pay attention to what is being discussed and make sure that they always ask pertinent questions. "Buying a house is a learning process not only for the buyers but for their Realtors as well. We have to discover what they want and need in order to find just the right home," say Carol and Laurie.}

^{Whether it be laying hardwood flooring or volunteering for a charitable group, Carol and Laurie always find the time to help others. They are supporters of the Weekend To End Breast Cancer, Ups and Downs Association and the Sonshine Centre. Carol has served as a Governor with the Charitable Foundation Of The Calgary Real Estate Board and has donated her time & talent to the Street Sheet Quilters that makes and donates quilts to Woods Homes Shelters , the Bob Ward Foundation and the Homeless Foundation.}
